Desafio

My client was not found in the Google Map Pack listings for their service at their Brooklyn location. Getting into the map pack on page one would lead to more impressions, website clicks, and most importantly phone calls to their business.

Solução

We created a new Google My Business account to target their Brooklyn location. Next, I made a new service page on their website to link that GMB listing. Then, I made a series of changes to the GMB account to rank them better in Brooklyn, NY.

Resultado

My client went from <5% of the time showing up on page 1 of Google via the map pack for their service to over 80% of the time in Brooklyn. They are getting more customers each month from this ranking win.

Desafio

My client in New York City needed to be ranked better for their target service in the Google Map rankings. In three months, I moved them from <5% to 80%, showing on page 1 of Google in Manhattan.

I made a series of changes to their Google My Business account to improve their rankings. I made description changes, photos, updates, products, services, categories, and more to achieve their desired results.

My client has strong brand name recognition. However, when it came to non-brand keyword rankings in Google Maps, they were being outranked by their competition in New Jersey.

Solução

To rank them better in Google Maps for non-brand terms, I worked with the team on revamping their Google My Business account. We made changes to their categories, got reviews, changed their service, added products, updates, and more.

Resultado

After three months of work, their SoLV (Share of Local Voice) in New Jersey improved from 20% to 40%.
