Color can help your app communicate with the user, remind them of your brand, and provide consistency.
Consider using the color palette from the Semrush design system. You can also use your own color palette to make your app more recognizable.
Use color emphasis to attract the user’s attention to important information or to show relations between interface elements. Don’t use too many colors, as it could distract the user.
Keep color consistency throughout the interface, especially if you want to show statuses or interactive elements. For example, if you decide to use blue for buttons, use a distinct color for titles or other inactive elements.
If you want to show two different states of an element, use additional visual indicators, like shape. Avoid using a color combinations as the only way to distinguish element states or emphasize information, as this may be hard for people with color vision deficiency to interpret.

To comply with color contrast guidelines, refer to the WCAG standard.
