Building small websites with Manufacturing and Trades industries was how Rough Works began; however, over time the vision and scope of clients progressed beyond the humble beginnings. Solução
Rough Works created an automated database which collected all users submissions and organized them for the correct team member. This included a single page design with multi level access based on user role for optimizing bug fixes and utilizing dynamic user data.
Resultado
This update improved website traffic to 24922 last month (October 2022) by making the website the most important tool for users. The portal currently processes over 500 weekly users through the portal with a customer submission success rate of 99%. The portal page loads in under 2 seconds.
