Our client, which had focused on advertising campaigns, social media, and other paid initiatives to drive inbound website traffic, wanted to start aggressively scaling their website sessions without equally increasing their media budget.

Solução

Using an SEO-focused approach, content became the main driver to grow organic search traffic, using blog articles (going from 1-2 published per month to 3-4). Strong keyword research guided the topic ideation and helped stabilize website traffic, also reducing reliance on large-scale advertising.

Resultado

Consistent blog publishing increased organic search traffic by 54% the first month & 26% in the second month. Now 6 months later, organic search traffic has grown 7x compared to the previous period. The brand now sees 2.8x more monthly impressions than the previous period, and a 40% higher CTR.

Our founder had the itch to redo our Charlotte marketing agency’s website, elevate our visual representation, and optimize our content to better convey details on our services and credentials. When we started digging into what needed an update, we landed on, well, everything…including the logo.

The simplification and modernization of our logo, branding palette, fonts, messaging, and iconography, created an elevated look that was applied across the website (full redesign of visuals and copy) and all social channels. The launch was executed in steps to create excitement and curiosity.

The rebrand and strategic launch created several lifts in brand KPIs. Google organic search impressions for our agency brand name increased by nearly 40%, looking at the 4 months before and after the rebrand launch. Social media post engagement increased by 138%, and post impressions saw a 21% lift.
