In a perfect world, businesses should have no borders. We know how important it is to allow you to track your brand’s online reputation all over the world. And though there’s no such thing as perfection, there’s always room for improvement. Keeping this in mind, we have modified the logical line of work of our Brand Monitoring tool, and you really should check it out!
Location and Language Filters
Firstly, we’ve moved the language settings from the Setup wizard to the Filters section. Language is now specified individually for each mention. Basically, we show mentions in all languages for the locations you’ve selected. You can filter a specific language anytime.
We’ve also added the new Locations filter. If you select, say, Australia and Brazil, you’ll be able to filter them right away in the Mentions section.

Multiselect Feature
The selection of locations remains in the Setup wizard, but there’s a new Multiselect feature available for our Guru and Business subscription users: they are able to select 3 and 10 locations respectively.
