The Renewals Team is in charge of keeping paid Semrush users on an active subscription. At the moment we are expanding our team and are looking for a Renewals Team Lead.
Manage the existing Renewal Team.
Monitor results and KPIs.
Hire and onboard newcomers.
Optimize the processes.

Analytical and critical mindset.
Excellent self-management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in sales management/leadership.
Proven experience in B2B sales in the European/American markets, client-centric sales.
Fluent English (another language is a plus).
