Social and Community Manager for Italy

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness.They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence in the Italian market, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn ).
Engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success, ranging from Twitter chats, to Facebook conversations, as well as the content and links posted through these and other channels.
Monitor and respond to feedback and online reviews across various online communities across main social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Monitor competitors and be aware of SEMrush strengths and weaknesses compared to them
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in the marketing industry by performing research and monitoring
Analyse brand sentiment and share of voice on social media across various online communities together with the community team
Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our the target audience
Job requirements
Strong verbal and written English
Strong verbal and written Italian skills (native speaker)
Higher Education (preferably in Marketing, PR)
Work experience with clients: as an account manager, customer support specialist, community manager, social media marketing manager
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching a conference or event) and excellent organisational skills
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to analyse online user engagement metrics with the help of Facebook insights, Google Analytics and similar tools
Knowledge of basic principles of digital-marketing, SMM
Experience in using SMM Software (Hootsuite, buffer, sprout social, audience, twitter analytics) would be a great plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Humility, willingness to constantly learn and grow, creative playful approach to achieving goals
