Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement the training & onboarding framework for our new Sales Development Representatives and Sales Executives 
  • Deliver specific training sessions and lessons to the sales department, as needed, on topics related to industry updates and information, competitor insights, and product knowledge
  • Present the product to large customers online and off-site
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to identify weaknesses & areas of needed improvement to help maximize the efficiency of the sales team.
  • Assist Sales Executives on calls with enterprise and large accounts requesting API and/or technical assistance
  • Attend and act as the main source of knowledge at trade shows & conferences in order to foster new and existing relationships with SEMrush customers by sharing product information and software updates
  • Assist & work closely with the Business Development team on projects and deals that require extensive SEMrush knowledge
  • Collaborate with the SEMrush Education Team to ensure processes & training priorities are aligned 
  • Act as the liaison between the US Sales team and the SEMrush Product Teams in order to convey US sales needs and the launching of new product promotions
  • Commitment to innovation; eagerness to share ideas on how to improve the services provided in order to improve sales and revenue quality, by staying up to date with all changes taking place with the product, product development, marketing (marketing companies)
  • Understand the needs of customers and how to solve them with the help of our product
  • Own technical expertise of the industry product (competitors) and maintain a knowledge base on the product and processes 
  • Other projects and duties as required/assigned
  • Follows SEMrush policies and procedures

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of Sales, and Sales Training, or Digital Marketing experience
  • Client facing customer support experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering training sessions with measurable results
  • Experience in managing successful relationships with clients, partners, and employees
  • Strong understanding of Online Marketing including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SEMrush and relevant competitors
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, and competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to learn quickly and smoothly adjust to changing priorities and deliverables
  • Eagerness to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Up to 25% Travel
