A real estate investment trust was on track to complete a major acquisition and was in need of a totally redesigned website that incorporated the acquisition and showcased the newly merged businesses in a favorable manner.

Solução

We successfully merged the two websites while incorporating UI elements that improved the overall user experience of interacting with the site. This allowed easier access and navigation for investors, property managers, and tenants. Changes also included updated copy, content, and SEO optimization.

Site users are now able to find what they are looking for in five clicks or less after landing on the homepage. User engagement has increased 50% since launching the new site and has improved communication both internally and externally between all parties.

Developing optimal social media video content that delivers an increase of impressions and reach without a full scale production shoot investment for a well known car local car dealership. The target market is vast, so the videos must appeal to a broad audience.

Solução

Strategic, engaging, and relatable video content that is batch shot, edited, and then posted in a semi-weekly cadence. These videos feature salespeople highlighting different vehicles while also incorporating trending audio and themes.

Resultado

An average of 5,000-7,000 views on top performing posts and over 683 profile views. The goal of increased impressions and reach was eclipsed and resulted in 137, 419 Impressions and 121,004 Reach.
